Hawaii?

I miss my Hei Matau. Bret best be taking good care of it... Maybe it's in Hawaii right now. I'm certainly not... Lucky necklace. I am here, in New York, dogsitting Bosley for my neighbor. He's cute. He follows me around everywhere. I love it.

Going to 311 Day in March. :)
Booked the hotel a few weeks ago, and got the tickets on Saturday. All that's left is an airplane to get us to Vegas. Yeah, 311Day isn't in New Orleans (N'Orleans?) this time.. there was a poopy medical convention planned for that week, so 311 couldn't guarantee any hotels to be blocked out for their fans to stay in. It's a dumb situation, but! I get to go to Vegas, now! :D So, that line on my 101 in 1,001 must be changed from "Go to 311 Day in New Orleans" to "Go to 311 Day in Vegas" because my 1,001 days will be over by next 311 day. And and and: Moon and Dave are going tooooo! <3>
Bret told us he might be able to get us to meet the band on 311 day. It'd be sick.

Jesse, too, has a link to 311...
Are you ready for it?... Here it comes...
He is now proudly endorsed by DIAMOND AMPLIFIERS!
That's right. You know... 311's guitar player... that guy, Tim Mahoney. Welllll if you look at his INTENSE-ASS rig, you'll see that it features all things: DIAMOND AMPS. YES. Jesse and Tim Mahoney are now co-endorsees. THATS FUCKING RIGHT!
I'm so proud. Also- same day- somebody in the Netherlands made a fan page on their version of Myspace for Hazmat Bay. An endorsement AND an out-of-country fan page?! In one day?!@ FUCK YEAH.

Tomorrow night is the celebration of good things that happened this week. I love it! BTW, as of this morning, I'm mostly debt-free. (Aside from school loans) Good stuff.

Was invited to Hawaii or Puerto Rico on Tuesday. Ashley invited us to pick where we wanted to go, and we'd go this winter. BUT we're saving up for 311Day in Vegas so we can't go this winter. Re-scheduled for next winter. Boo-yeah. I lean towards Hawaii... even though we can't stay with Pepper... they sort of live in California now.

Much bullshit has been going on, on the Sublime battle.
In a nutshell:
Bud&Eric- let's play again! :D
Nowell family- no!
Silverback Mgmt- How the Hell did I get dragged into this?
Court order- no!
Bud&Eric- ohh man. D:

So there's like 100x more drama than mentioned above... but that's the jist of it.

That's it. Stony Brook is evil. REAL fucking difficult. Work sucks, but hey, it's money that will get us to Vegas, + Christmas shopping.

I'm done.

Crazy fool.

This week has been... emotionally devastating.

Lets work our way down the list.

Saturday- Was AWESOME! Jesse and I went to Pepper with Moon, and we got super special backstage passes that not even the family of the bands get; thanks to Bret and Da Coach. So that was an altogether AWESOME day.

Sunday- I woke up and saw that Bella had diarrhea. Cleaned her up and went to Jesse's house.

Monday- Last day of school, Jesse's car failed inspection. Jesse and his dad got into an arguement. Came home, and Bella was dead. So we had to bury her. And I'm still really upset about it. I loved her so much. She was my little one. <3

Tuesday- Went to work, at 9am I got a call from Brian's school saying that he was going to the hospital because he was having chest pains and he looked pale. Then later on, at about 3:30 we mom and dad decided to admit him to stay overnight. Still recovering from Bella passing away: I was VERY stressed.

Wednesday- Brian had his tests done, nothing came up. Probably have to admit him again. Jesse and I argued. I'm having a really tough time recovering from Bella's death. Brian gets out of the hospital, so I order prints of Bella and the Pepper show, have some enlarged and frame them and put them on my wall. <3

Thursday/Today- Realize that I fucked up my payroll timesheets the past 3 weeks. Fixed the problem. Put all sorts of money away. Drive past Moon's to see the For Sale sign. :/

I'm still really upset about Bella being gone. She was too, too young. I feel terrible for not knowing that diarrhea with rodents is a really bad thing. I wish I could've helped her, I wish she didn't die. I miss her a lot, and my room's really quiet. I miss how she used to talk (grunt, really) at me, and play hide and seek, and breakdance, and play with her ears when I said "ANTENNAS... UP!" I miss my little friend, a lot. More than I should miss my rabbit. You'd think I lost a dog or something that has the stereotypical bond as "mans best friend" but Bella was my friend and I loved her so much. I still do. I miss her. My room's so empty without her. I hung up the moose that I got with Bella. It's in my car. <3

Ridiculous.

Yesterday's Pepper experience was nothing short of amazing. The entire day, great things happened. We get into the city, and eat Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and the waitress gives us directions on how to get to Irving Plaza without a taxi. +1. Then, we go to Irving Plaza, and run into Kaleo and Melanie, at the Galaxy Eatery. We chat a little, and go to Union Square to explore Obama Fest. Jesse and I are relaxing, looking at the little merchant booth things, and all of a sudden: A FUCKING ZOMBIE INVASION! I'm totally serious. So we brave through the crowd of 200+ zombies, then we go back to the Galaxy to get something to drink. [Zombie slaying is exhausting] And we run into Brett, who SHOULD HAVE told us something VERY important, but was wrapped up in the game. So we keep going back and forth between Union Square and the Fillmore at Irving Plaza, passing time. And, Jesse and I found free, un-accounted for [because we DID check] money. YAY! FREE MONEY! ON THE FLOOR! WITH NOBODY TO CLAIM IT! WOOHOO!
Blahblah-fastforward. Met up with Erik. Watched Passafire from the top deck of the venue. Went to the lower part to see The Supervillains, and pushed to the front to see Pepper. I do believe that I only made it through 20 seconds of the first Pepper song up there. I got very overheated, and started hyperventilating, and started to cry. Jesse got me to the security guards, who escorted me in front of the stage to the trick staircase under the floor, back up to the main lobby, to the medic. The medics kept asking if I had too much to drink or smoke, but I did neither. Then they told me that I had an anxiety attack while I was in the crowd because I got too hot and couldn't handle it. So I waited outside for some fresh air, and they gave me a water bottle that I finished off within 5 minutes. So Jesse asked Pepper's merch dude: The Intern if he'd get me some water, so he did. Then the Coach came out and asked Jesse what happened, and Jesse told him I got overheated. Blahblah-fastforward. We went back in and spoke with Ted from Passafire, of whom is a TERRIBLY nice guy. And we went to see the ass-end of Pepper's set. The Coach came up for their encore, and made a comment about it being too hot in the venue, Jesse told me that he said it for me because he knew that I had to leave. So they played, it was great. Afterwards, we went BACK to the Galaxy and ate some Un-Chicken drumsticks, which were yummy. And we met up with Kaleo and Melanie again, and got proof that we know them, finally, because I FINALLY had a camera to take a picture with. We spoke to them for a while, told them that I had to leave because I couldn't breathe, and Melanie was like "Oh noo!" She was so nice, and Kaleo was like "OMG WTF?!?!??!?! ARE YOU OKAY?!?!?@#%$@#%#$%^" again, nice people. Upon parting, Kaleo gave me the stern command of "DONT GET OVERHEATED ANYMORE OKAY?!@" Haha. Then we went to meet up with Brett, and he finally told us that he meant to tell us but for some reason didn't, that, "I recognized you when you rolled into the Galaxy... I should've told you that there was a man and woman sitting just where you guys sat, before you, and as the man was eating his food, he started screaming 'WHAT THE FUCK IM NOT PAYING FOR MY FOOD!' and then my wife and I saw a cockroach crawling around the bar's surface, and the dude smashed it with his cigarette box. I mean, it was ONE little roach, it's not that big of a deal, you know." and Jesse and I were struck in horror because we had just eaten there. Brett was like, "I really don't know why I didn't tell you guys.... I'm sorry" Then they proceeded to talk equipment, Brett asked us if Remy did a good job with their sound... I told him that it knocked me on my ass. And they were talking gear, gear gear, and I was sitting there thinking that this is just like talking about different kinds of cheese. Jesse told Brett that I'm learning about instruments and stuff, and Brett was like, awesome, you're learning about each others shit... then he took pictures with us as proof that we know him, too. We caught his personal e-mail address. SCORE. Then we went home. We had to all take a taxi to Jesse's house and then Jesse dropped us off at each of our houses because Erik's sister Jenna was supposed to pick us up, but never answered her phone. I got home, mom got mad. End of the night.
